• To serve employer-client faithfully and with professional responsibility.
• To respect confidential information obtained from employer-clients and candidates.
• To give employer-clients complete and accurate information on candidate's personal record, qualifications and experience.
• To give candidates information on positions and terms of employment that accurately represents the description provided by the employer-client.
• To treat candidates objectively, responsibly, confidentially, and without prejudice.
• Never to solicit a candidate who is still in the employ of an employer-client with whom the consultant has placed him/her.
